1) Product Channel Widths - Survey Info
Below is the break down of products by product line and by box/bottle width...
Standard Process Nutrition Products

=== Totals ===
1.5" -- 85
2" -- 175
2.125/2.25 -- 12
2.375/2.5 -- 56
2.75" -- 3
3.25" -- 4
Total -- 335
A nice, rapid assembly box requiring dies and larger orders for low cost products would be nice for all sizes, but if you look at this on a regional and even a national scale for those stocking these items from just these two Manufactureres, there is likely only enough volume to justify that for the 2" width products and maybe the 1.5" and 2.5", but that is truly unknown at this time. The other sizes likely don't have the volume from a production perspective.
That said, there are 100's of vendors with re-sellers out there, we'll just need to find them and find out their sizes too...

2) Shelf Depths - Survey Info
Ikea PAX -- 13.75"
Kitchen wall cabinets -- 12" shelf depth
Ikea Billy -- 10.5"
Standard shelving - 11.25", 9.25", 7.25"
No one size will fit all. It seems the standard product should be made such that the channel length is 10.5 to 12" long... it can be cut down by the customer or spliced together for longer needs. Longer needs likely won't work too well without increasing material thickness.

3a) Design #0 and #1 Two Piece Product - Channel and end cap
==== Alternative End Cap Options ====
3b) Design #2 - Roll End Tray with Die
Create roll end tray boxes with one or both ends rolled in. Create boxes that are 12" deep. Allow customers to cut shorter or extend as needed.
Not shown: Add an additional slit on front face for kanban card. Slit should be 1/4" from the top edge of front face and it should be 1/2" less than the width of the front face (so for a 2" wide channel, slit is 1.5" wide, centered on the outward facing front face section and located 1/4" from the crease the designates top edge of front face) -- slit shown in Design #5
Problem: Our cost is significant for orders below 25,000 units.

3c) Design #3>Option 1 -- Roll end tray without die -- needs tape or staples
See option 1 in the sketch on the right. It is not known if the two slits separating A, E and B can be made without a die, that is the goal. It is unknown at this time if this shape can be produced easily without a die.
3d) Design #3>Option 2 - Roll End Tray without die -- Friction fit
See option 2 in the sketch on the right. This is the flat sketch of the material prior to folding. The small horizontal dotted line at the very bottom of option 2 just lays flat in the bottom of the tray. This all just kind of stays together via friction. A piece of tape could be added to secure (or a staple thru the front wall after folded. It is unknown at this time if this shape can be produced easily without a die.
3e) Design #4 - Single Piece Product Integral End-cap (doable without die)
Product is manually produced and final product is stored flat (un-assembled). Product is shipped flat with or without adhesive for assembly.
Final product assembly completed by customer.
High volume sizes can be mass produced with dye and those would be knock down boxes with no assembly required beyond the popup.

3f) Design #5 - Die cut Roll End tray, 1 End only, with Slit for Kanban card
Die cut roll end tray, 1 end only, with slit in front face for kan ban card.
